Musée des Passions et des Ailes - Baden

A museum is devoted to Joseph Le Brix, pioneer of aviation Born in 1899, he became passionate about aviation and, in 1928, made the first crossing of the South Atlantic, with Costes. He died in an accident 3 years later, during his second attempt: Paris - Tokyo. A room, dedicated to Jean and Anne Farkas, houses a collection of antique toys, porcelains, automata ... Another also presents a collection of more than sixty accordions from 1840 to the present day (collection Francis Le Pipec, renowned Breton accordionist) . This museum, is also interested in model ships: thirty large ships (merchant navy, military, sailboats, steamers ...) is presented and reflects the evolution of the navy from the 15th century to the present day.
